New research indicates that two in five retail workers face abuse from customers on a weekly basis – which has led 42% to considering quitting their jobs or leaving retail work altogether. According to a survey conducted by The Retail Trust, shop workers are routinely being shouted at, spat on, threatened, or hit by customers. We want to hear from those who have experienced this first hand.
