We’d like to hear how people have experienced shopping and working at the British department store group House of Fraser.

We’re interested to hear how people experienced recent shopping transactions, whether online or in store, as well as about the experience of retail, customer support and warehouse workers at House of Fraser, and whether they have any concerns.
