The number of EU citizens searching for work in Britain has fallen by 36% since Brexit, according to a study by the jobs site Indeed. This issue, combined with the impact of the pandemic, has led to staff shortages in some sectors.

How is the shortage of workers affecting your business? Have you increased wages or introduced other incentives to recruit workers? Would you like ministers to issue visas for more seasonal workers? Or are you struggling to compete with the pay or conditions other businesses are offering now?
